Here's how you can help!
Stand up for Obama at our local polls on election day!
We need poll workers to help out on Election Day in the following areas:
Adelphi
College Park
Beltsville
Laurel
Maryland City/Russett
Piney Orchard
Below are the suggested shifts, though you can work as long as you'd like, or you can choose whichever hours are most convenient:
7 am – 10 am
10 am - 1 pm
1 pm – 4pm
2 pm – 5pm
5pm – 8 pm

Put up an Obama sign in your yard!
The Greater Laurel-Beltsville Democratic Club has purchased a limited quantity of Obama/Biden yard signs, stickers, and t-shirts.
They're available for a donation -- just email us at GreaterLaurelBeltsvilleDems@gmail.com with your name, mailing address, phone number, items requested and quantity, and we'll arrange for you to receive your Obama/Biden materials.
The Greater Laurel-Beltsville Democratic Club requests the following donation for each item:

Campaign with us in Virginia on
Sunday, October 26!
We are organizing a trip to canvas the Springfield area of Virginia on Sunday, Oct. 26th.
We have rented a bus and will be picking up volunteers in Laurel and College Park. We'll provide donuts in the morning and pizza in the afternoon.
The Laurel group will meet at the Laurel High School parking lotat 10:45am and depart at 11:00am.
We'll then swing down to College Park and pick the second group at Lot #1 at the University of MD – College Park. Please arrive at 11:15am so we can depart at 11:30am.
We will arrive in Springfield at 12:15pm and canvas from 1:00-3:30pm. We expect to drop off the volunteers at approximately 5:30 in College Park and at 6:00 in Laurel.
Help talk to voters in Prince George's the weekend before the election!
